This was the final class project from Marketing Management. It was a capstone Marketing course at LSU. This class merged skills from marketing research, inroduction to marketing, and consumer and behavior studies, among others.
The final project was a reflection of what was learned in the marketing program at LSU.
In phase one of the project, our team chose a business to work with for the semester with the goal of creating a marketng plan. Or team chose Wanderlust by Abby, a boutique on wheels based in Baton Rouge, LA. Our team conducted a market analysis that evaluated Wanderlust's market position, current & potential customers, environemnt, and competition.
In phase two, our team developed a value proposition, a pricing plan, and a distribution channel evaluation. We also created a basic finacial analysis.
This marketing plan created for Wanderlust by Abby, was developed through research, team work, and creativity.
